The Topaz Signature Pad works in conjunction with the EZ 2000 Patient Kiosk System.
It allows patients to complete forms electronically at any computer in the dental office, including a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet style PC.
You can setup a workstation that is used as a Kiosk only, or run the Kiosk on a computer that is also used for other purposes.
The Kiosk is useful when you want a patient to complete forms in the reception area or in an operatory. It allows patients to sign in electronically complete Health Histories, Patient Registration forms, HIPAA Acknowledgements, Medical Histories, Financial Agreements, and more.

If you choose to purchase the Topaz Signature Pad alone, then it is shipped to you. Remote installation to integrate it into the Kiosk system is available at an extra cost.
